FHU / AHU HVAC Technician
(Specialist Role)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced FHU / AHU HVAC Technician to handle installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of Fresh Air Handling Units and Air Handling Units in commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to diagnose complex airflow and control issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of AHU & FHU systems
- Inspection and servicing of fans, motors, belts, filters, coils, dampers
- Airflow balancing, basic static pressure checks
- Identifying issues related to noise, vibration, leakage, or poor air quality
- Coordination with supervisors and site engineers
- Compliance with safety and site procedures
Job Requirements:
- 3–6 years of UAE experience in AHU / FHU systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in malls, offices, hospitals, or towers
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow method statements
- Knowledge of chilled water systems is an advantage
- ITI / Diploma preferred
Salary Range (UAE): AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month
(depending on experience and skill level)

HVAC Engineer
(Projects & Maintenance)

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified HVAC Engineer to manage HVAC projects and maintenance activities, including AHU, FHU, VRF, and chilled water systems. The role involves planning, coordination, and technical supervision on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of HVAC installation and maintenance works
- Planning preventive maintenance schedules
- Technical coordination with technicians, suppliers, and clients
- Site inspections, testing, and commissioning support
- Preparation of reports, BOQs, and material requests
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering
- 4–8 years of UAE experience in HVAC projects or FM
- Strong knowledge of AHU, FHU, chilled water & ducting systems
- Ability to handle site teams and client coordination
- Familiar with UAE codes, drawings, and approvals
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Salary Range (UAE): AED 7,000 – 11,000 per month
(based on experience and responsibility level)
